1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the clu99 platform and clu99. When you browse the clu99 website, create an account, or use any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

clu99 is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform offering slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and various other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, as those documents are considered part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use clu99's services. Creating an account or using any service on this platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

2.2 Registration Terms

When creating an account, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Full correct name (as per national ID card)
• Valid and active email address
• Active mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Residential address in Bangladesh

If false information is provided, clu99 reserves the right to close the account at any time without notice.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

clu99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

3 Account Management & Security

3.1 Personal Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your account login details, password, and security. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own, whether performed by you or someone else.

3.2 If Security Is Compromised

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately and change your password. clu99 never shares account information with third parties without cause.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

A clu99 account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other person. Violating this prohibition may result in permanent closure of both accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

clu99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be limited if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in funds being held and the account being closed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on clu99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). The current wagering multiplier is 10x.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each account is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after wagering requirements have been met.
• The validity period of a bonus is set from the date it is issued. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus usage may be restricted on certain games.
• clu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

clu99 has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are advanced through regular play, and each tier offers a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP terms must be followed to receive cashback benefits. clu99 reserves the right to change any terms of the VIP program.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Services

clu99 offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and various other entertainment games. Each game may have its own rules, which are described on the relevant game page.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market and are displayed on the game page. clu99 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system malfunction causes an abnormal game result, clu99 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions. In such cases, the original bet amount may be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets are settled after the official result is announced. If an event is postponed or cancelled, a decision will be made in accordance with clu99's policy.

6.5 Fair Play & RNG

All games on clu99 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. No player or staff member can predict or alter game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on clu99 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Conducting fraudulent activities or running scams on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial activity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or threatening clu99 staff.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors in games.
• Colluding with other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the clu99 website — including design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of clu99. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content without clu99's written permission is prohibited.

Game provider companies (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) own their respective intellectual property rights. Games from these companies may only be played through the platform for personal entertainment.

9 Limitation of Liability

clu99 is not liable for the following:

• Disconnection from a game due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Delays or failures by third-party service providers (payment gateways).
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
• A user's account information falling into the hands of a third party if the user themselves disclosed it.

clu99 makes every effort to keep all services running without interruption, but services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen reasons. clu99 is not liable for issues arising during such periods.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 At clu99's Initiative

clu99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a violation of the terms and conditions.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• If the account was registered using false information.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

12.2 At the User's Initiative

You may contact our support at any time to request the closure of your account. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account is unused for an extended period, it may be declared inactive and an inactivity fee may be applied to the balance.

13 Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted, our team will review it and provide a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached between both parties, the matter may be settled through independent mediation.

14 Changes & Amendments

clu99 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. After any change, the updated terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms and conditions.
